Meet the Leaders of NEW LIFE Praise Center

At NEW LIFE Praise Center, we believe that healthy, Spirit-led leadership is vital to nurturing a thriving church family. Our pastoral and ministry leaders are committed to serving with integrity, humility, and a heart for discipleship. Together, they guide our church community in living out our mission: to love God, love people, and make fully devoted followers of Jesus.
Our leadership team works to equip every generation — from kids and youth to adults and seniors — empowering individuals to grow in faith, serve with purpose, and reach our community with the Gospel. Rooted in the Word and led by the Spirit, they provide direction, care, and vision as we walk together in God's calling for Covington and beyond.

Pastor Justin

Lead Pastor

Pastor Justin is founder and Lead Pastor at NEW LIFE Praise Center. Justin is married to Tiffany and they have two wonderful children. Justin enjoys teaching the Word of God. He has a Masters in Theology and Bachelors in Education and over a decade in ministry. Outside of pastoring NLPC Justin loves fellowship with friends and spending time with his family, he is a motorcycle enthusiast, and avid hunter.

Pastor Tiffany

Executive Pastor

Pastor Tiffany Adams is married to Justin and together they have 2 children. She loves to do anything that involves spending time with her family.

Tiffany serves as Executive Pastor.  She oversees the church's operations, strategic planning, administration, finances, and human resources so we can achieve our mission and vision. She loves NEW LIFE and what the church stands for. Tiffany has a Master’s Degree in Nursing which includes a leadership track. She is experienced in management and leading personnel. She currently serves as our Women’s Ministry Leader.

Pastor Sue

Childrens Pastor for K-5

Pastor Sue Adams is our Children’s Pastor for grades K-5 at NEW LIFE Praise Center. She and her husband, Jimmy, have been married for over 50 years.  She has a Specialist Degree in Education and taught in the public school system for over 20 years.

Pastor Sue provides the lessons for all age groups and teaches using a variety of techniques. Children have a praise and worship time, where they sing and dance to children’s worship songs. The lessons are designed to teach the children about the love of Jesus and how He will always be there for them. The children enjoy doing crafts, playing games, and getting snacks. Pastor Sue enjoys teaching the children and she has a love for them that is outstanding and rewarding to her, the children, and the parents.

Pastor Suzanne

Childrens Pastor for 6months- Pre-K4

Suzanne Vogt is our Children's Pastor for ages 4 and under. She is married to Tim Vogt, and together they have 2 amazing children. She has a Specialist Degree in Elementary Education and has been a public school teacher for 18 years. Suzanne loves teaching, learning and strives to share the love of Jesus with everyone she meets. In addition to teaching, Suzanne enjoys going on adventures with her family, volunteering, and decorating cookies.
