What Are Life Teams? 

LIFE TEAMS are the heartbeat of NEW LIFE Praise Center. These are more than small groups—they are where church becomes family, where discipleship becomes real, and where transformation takes root. Whether you're new to your faith, growing in your calling, or stepping into leadership, LIFE TEAMS are where your journey with Christ and others takes shape. 
Our mission is to make disciples who make disciples—and LIFE TEAMS are how we live that out in community. 

Why Join a Life Team? 

We believe God created us for connection—not isolation. LIFE TEAMS are built to reflect the early church model in Acts 2:42–47: doing life together, growing in the Word, praying for one another, breaking bread, and seeing lives changed. 
Through weekly gatherings in homes, coffee shops, or online, we come together to: 
  • Live out our faith in real, tangible ways
  • Invite others into the hope of Jesus
  • Follow the teachings of Christ with obedience
  • Equip one another with truth, love, and encouragement

What Happens in a Life Team? 

Each Life Team is unique, but most include: 
  • A time of connection and prayer
  • Discussion centered around Scripture and Sunday’s message
  • Sharing life’s joys and challenges
  • Opportunities to serve together
  • Mutual encouragement to grow in personal calling and spiritual gifts
